Josh is a Senior Architectural Technician at Acre Design, bringing a wealth of technical expertise and a passion for turning creative ideas into buildable solutions. Having worked with companies across the North and on projects from Northumberland to Durham and Richmond, he has developed extensive experience in both domestic and commercial architectural design.

A graduate of Northumbria University, Josh has contributed to a wide variety of projects, including schools, HMOs, new-build housing developments, and high-quality home extensions. As part of Acre Design’s architectural team, he specialises in technical design and detailing, ensuring that concepts are translated into practical, compliant, and buildable solutions that meet the needs of clients and stand the test of time.

Josh’s interest in architecture and design stems from a lifelong enthusiasm for creating and building, from constructing complex Lego sets as a child to exploring product design as a teenager. Clients value his thorough, detail-driven approach and his ability to balance creativity with technical precision throughout the architectural process.

Outside of work, Josh devotes most of his time to his children and enjoys supporting his son’s football journey — a passion that has become an important and rewarding part of family life.
