Tristan is a Civil Engineer and Estimator working remotely with Acre Design from Rizal, Philippines. He provides precise cost estimates and technical support that help ensure residential extensions and refurbishments are delivered efficiently and within budget.

After graduating in Las Piñas in 2019, Tristan began his career as a Planning Engineer and Quantity Surveyor, contributing to major industrial projects in power and cement plants while also freelancing as an Estimator. His career has since taken him to the UAE and Qatar before returning to the Philippines, where he has worked with clients across the US, UK, Australia, and Singapore.

Tristan’s expertise lies in delivering accurate, detailed estimates and clear communication, providing clients with confidence and control as their projects progress. His contribution is an important part of Acre Design’s process-led approach, supporting the seamless delivery of high-value architectural design projects across Newcastle, North Shields, and the wider North East.

Outside of work, Tristan enjoys studying, watching films and series, playing basketball, exploring beaches, and spending time with his wife Von and their dog Daiki.
